Link Health Checker
Check HTTP status, redirects, HTTPS presence and response latency.
What does this check?
TinyURLFree validates each destination and redirect before our server connects to it. Localhost, private IP ranges, link-local networks, reserved addresses, unsupported ports and unsafe URL schemes are blocked.
The result describes HTTP and URL behavior only. A successful status code does not prove that a destination is free from malware, phishing or other harmful content.
Check whether a public link responds correctly
The link health checker provides a quick technical view of whether a public URL responds, redirects and ultimately resolves to an HTTP destination. It is useful for finding obvious broken links and unexpected redirect paths.
Health refers to HTTP behavior, not reputation or security certification. TinyURLFree does not label a website malware-free simply because it returns a successful status code.
Quick steps
- 1. Paste a public HTTP or HTTPS address.
- 2. Run the health check.
- 3. Review the final status, redirect count, HTTPS state and measured request latency.
Common questions
What usually indicates a broken link?
Persistent 4xx or 5xx responses, redirect loops or an unreachable final destination are common technical warning signs.
Does the tool test HTTPS?
Yes. The result identifies whether the final resolved URL uses HTTPS.
Is latency a website performance benchmark?
No. It is the measured request time from TinyURLFree’s server during that specific check.
